Health N Benz hosts diverse workshops aiming to convey the importance of health and to engage participants in a range of health activities. At these workshops, speakers belonging to different health fields come to speak about their vision regarding health education and impart the right information about nutrition and fitness.
Past sessions conducted by Health N Benz have had the likes of nutritionist Lakshmi Reddy speak to the audience about diet fads and the right way to pursue nutrition. Irish Dance instructor Furor conducted a dance session highlighting the basics of partner dance. Laila Khan & Rina Hindocha hosted a Yoga session, stressing on how yoga can be converted into a fun workout session. Popular Zumba instructor Sucheta Pal too has come and conducted a revitalizing Zumba session.
Today, Health N Benz had the man of the hour, celebrated fitness trainer Mustafa Ahmed who has trained celebrities like Hrithfk Roshan and Ranveer Singh, fly down from Mumbai and co-host a workshop for fitness enthusiasts.
With regard to the workshop Mustafa Ahmed said, "Fitness is an essential part of my life. This workshop is an ideal platform to promote fitness and inspire masses to make it an integral part of their lives. I have come across people who are misinformed about fitness, and it becomes a challenge for trainers like us to break through this mental blockage. Workshops like these allow us to come and speak to a large audience /engage i a fitness activity workshop and re-iterate the accurate approach to pursue fitness goals."
At this gathering, guests were invited in workout gear. Mustafa showed some essential and simple fitness moves which people can easily integrate in their busy schedule to get fit. Additionally, a separate invigorating hour-long workout session was scheduled exclusively for the fitness fanatics with Mustafa.
