Trisha isn’t sitting cool after her Bollywood’s average grosser ‘Khatta Meetha’. Besides being busy with her shooting schedules of ‘Manmadha Anbu’ costarring Kamal Hassan, she has recently signed the film ‘Khushiga’ to star opposite Pawan Kalyan which was her dream once upon a time. She has also given her nod to M S Raju for a female oriented film. Now the latest news says that producers Dayanidhi Alagiri (son of Union Minister MK Alagiri) and Vivek Rathnavelu have zeroed in on Trisha to play the guest role in their latest venture ‘Mangatha’ being directed by Venkat Prabhu. ‘Mangatha’ is a bilingual film simultaneously being made in Tamil and Telugu under Cloud Nine banner. While Ajith stars as main lead in the Tamil version, the Telugu version will have Nagarjuna in main lead. However, Nag along with Manchu Manoj Kumar will play important role in the Tamil version.
Music is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Shakti Saravanan. Director Venkata Prabhu has written the story, screenplay and dialogues as well.
