In recent days DSP is being seen equally in Tamil film industry as he is seen in Telugu. There are many functions and interviews where he talks in fluent Tamil and has created a very good acceptability among Tamil fans.

Though he is a good singer and musician, he has promoted the actor of a film to sing without seeing any rivalry. Yes! It was Mamta Mohandas who he made a singer in the beginning and she has created a history by lending her voice to many more. Now he is doing a film titled ‘Manmadha Ambu’ in Tamil in which Kamal Haasan & Trisha are doing a lead roles and Madhavan, a second fiddle. It’s not new to us that Kamal lends his voice for some songs. In this film also DSP has compelled Kamal to sing for two songs in Tamil. But will it be in Telugu also, which is being dubbed as 'Manmadha Baanam'.

Incidentally even Vikram was made to sing for ‘Kanthaswamy’ (Mallanna in Telugu) for DSP. This apart, Siddharth and NTR also have fallen prey for his attempts. So Devisri Prasad is setting a trend for encouraging the capable actors to lend their voices.
