We are aware that Trisha is currently working in Pawan Kalyan’s film which is the remake of ‘Love Aaj Kal’. This apart, she has also signed another film titled ‘Savitri’ costarring Venkatesh. This movie is likely to hit floors shortly. But right now the actress is taking rest in Chennai due to TFI strike in Hyderabad. It appears that she is bored of sitting idle at home and thus wanted to attend shootings. So she tweeted that she is looking forward for the shootings to begin so that she can get back to her busy schedules.
Trisha claims that 2010 was a good year for her in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi as well. She said that she had a good work experience with Akshay Kumar in Bollywood and learnt lot of new things from Kamal Haasan, who she claims as her favourite actor. She declared that she would not get disappointed on anything.
Altogether Trisha delivered four films in three languages. ‘Namo Venkatesa’ costarring Venkatesh under Sreenu Vaitla’s direction, ‘Khatta Meetha’ with Akshay Kumar under Priyadarshan’s direction, ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa’ (Ye Maya Chesave in Telugu) costarring Simbhu under Gautham Menon’s direction and ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ (Manmadha Baanam in Telugu) with Kamal Haasan under KS Ravichandran’s direction. Out of these four films two films became commercially hit, they are, ‘Namo Venkatesa’ and ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’. ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’ also earned her rave reviews from critics as well as the audience.
