Virodhi goes to Indian Panorama 2011

After ‘Prasthanam’ in 2010, now it is Srikanth starrer ‘Virodhi’ that bagged its place in Indian Panorama for the year 2011. This movie was directed by the critically acclaimed director Neelakanta and produced by Srikanth’s brother Anil Meka. This is the only Telugu movie that got selected along with 23 other Indian films to be screened at IFFI and other film festivals as part of Indian Panorama 2011. Interestingly seven Malayalam films including that of Santosh Sivan’s ‘Urumi’ were the highest number among the 24 Indian films that were selected by the jury lead by the famous director Sai Paranjype.
