Mahesh Babu supports needy athletes
Super Star Mahesh Babu and his family always believed in giving back to the society and they always keep a low profile about their charitable contributions. There are many charities that Mahesh supports. He owns ‘Heal a Child Foundation’ and ‘Basavatarakam Cancer Foundation’. He has adopted two villages in Telugu states. He also donates some amount of his salary to old-age homes, child health related NGOs and some other activities.
Apart from these, Mahesh has been supporting an NGO which has been conducting free health camps in slum areas every day for the past 6 years by aiding more than 150 patients every day. Mahesh sponsored for one of their unique program for underprivileged National Athletes ‘Sports Performance Assessment & Enhancement Centre’ which consists of three components to support Indian National players to win International medals. Mahesh has been sponsoring NRI Seva Foundation’s Free Sports Reheb Center program for poor and needy Indian athletes.
Harish Kolasani the founder of NRI Seva, said that since Mahesh and Namratha have been supporting the organization for their self-satisfaction. He said, “We’ve not revealed this news before the release of ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ as people might think is as a film promotion. I was really amazed how affectionately and quietly they help others that are in real need and we are so proud to get their direct support to the organization.”
Mahesh Babu and his wife have to be appreciated for helping out the needy people. Present youth has to definitely take Mahesh Babu as a role model.
