Gurram Paapi Reddy features an ensemble secondary cast. At least two very popular comedians are playing comedy roles: Brahmanandam and Kollywood's top comedian Yogi Babu. Besides, AAY fame Rajkumar Kasireddy, Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi fame Jeevan Kumar, and talented Tamil comedian Motta Rajendran are also part of the cast.
