‘Super’ heroine Ayesha Takia entered into wedlock with a restaurant owner, Farhan Azmi, on Sunday, the 1st March, 2009, in Mumbai. Farhan Azmi, the son of Samajwadi Party leader, Abu Azmi, is her long time boyfriend. The wedding ceremony known as Nikaah in Islam was performed according to the Islamic tradition in the presence of the bride and groom’s family members and their close friends. Though the Ayesha had her Nikaah quietly, she has arranged a party for some Bollywood as well as Tollywood personalities. It is understood that Nag and Puri have sent their wishes to Ayesha.

Ayesha confirmed that she would continue in films even after marriage, but a firm ‘No’ for exposing. This bubbly actress made her debut through Nag-Puri’s ‘Super’ in Tollywood and created good craze among the younger lot.
