Yuva Samrat Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s second film ‘Yemaaya Chesave’ is currently taking shape in the hands of ‘Gharshana’ fame Gautham Vasudeva Menon. To be presented by super star Krishna, Sanjay Swaroop is producing this flick under Indira Productions banner. The musical scores are provided by the great musician AR Rahman and the music was released on February 3rd through Sony Music Company.
On this occasion addressing the gathering AR Rahman said, “I was inspired by Gautham Menon’s story narration and did this music album. So far many films have come in romantic genre. But this film will give a different feel to viewers. The music is blend with the story and this film will give a beautiful experience to viewers. Chaitanya looks very cute in this film.”
Naga Chaitanya said, “It’s my pleasure to work in one such film to which AR Rahman rendered music and I am even happier to work with my favourite director Gautham Menon. ‘Yemaaya Chesave’ is a beautiful love story. It’s a common phenomenon that one has to connect with love at one point of time in his life. Hence this movie will give a nice feel to every person who watches this film. I personally liked this film a lot and I hope the audience will also like it.”
Director Gautham Menon while speaking, “It’s a wonderful experience to work with a great musician like AR Rahman. This is the first film in our combination and I wish to get more opportunities to work with him again and again. Rahman’s music is the life to this film. Naga Chaitanya is a wonderful actor and his target is to reach the height of his father and grandfather in his film career. It’s also a great experience to work with Manjula and Sanjay Swaroop. ‘Yemaaya Chesave’ is undoubtedly a sensational hit and I wish the film will also become a big hit.”
Manjula said, “Yemaaya Chesave is a beautiful romantic flick in the combination of Naga Chaitanya and Gautham Menon. The ‘Oscar’ Award winner and the ‘Grammy’ Award winner AR Rahman composed 7 outstanding films. I feel very great to work with him for the second time. ‘Yemaaya Chesave’ will be a turning point for Naga Chaitanya. Gautham Menon’s direction is extra-ordinary. So I hope that the film will become a great success.”
Producer Sanjay Swaroop said, “I feel very lucky to work with such great technician like AR Rahman. All seven songs in the film are unique on its own. There is a great response for the audio. The shooting was held at USA, Chennai and Hyderabad and is still at progress. The technicians are AR Rahman for music, Ananth Sriram for lyrics, Umerji Anuradha for dialogues, Manoj Paramahamsa for cinematography, Rajeevan for art, Selva for fights, Nalini Sriram for costumes, Flexi (London) and Karl Lawnshan (USA) for dances, Revathi, Naidu Vamsi, Ramesh Desina, Meghana Karthik and D Satya for direction department, Raju, Venkataratnam S for production executive, Siva and James for production managers. Gautham Menon handles the story, screenplay and direction.
A new face Samantha is playing the female lead. The remaining cast is Krishnudu, Devan, Surekhavani, Lakshmi, Sanjay Swaroop, Sudhir, Trisha Alex, etc.
