We are all aware that Film Fare honors the Bollywood personalities every year. Similarly in Tollywood the ‘Santosham’ magazine owner Suresh Kondeti has been honoring the Tollywood personalities every year, 8 years to be precise. Infact he started giving away these awards after stupendous success of his first movie ‘Santosham’ under his banner. Incidentally, Nagarjuna made a comment in the first anniversary awards comparing such awards with that of Film Fare awards.

Though he has been organizing these awards functions for the past 8 years, his movie track record just has two movies with the third one in the anvil. Soon after his producing ‘Santosham’ film he started a weekly magazine by name ‘Santosham’. Then he dubbed a Tamil block buster ‘Kaadal’ as ‘Premisthe’ which also was a success. But he waited 5 long years to venture yet another film which is again a dubbed film titled ‘Shopping Mall’.

King Nagarjuna released the brochure of ‘Shopping Mall’ and presented the first copy of it to B A Raju and Pasupuleti Rama Rao. Later Nag offered his best wishes to Suresh Kondeti by saying that ‘Shopping Mall’ should become as big hit as ‘Premisthe’.

Suresh Kondeti said, “I’m very happy that Nagarjuna released the brochure of ‘Shopping Mall’ that is made with all new star cast. Most of the films that were launched by him became big hits. So it has become a sentiment and I consider him as a lucky mascot. We have completed the dubbing activities and will complete the songs recording work in this week only. ‘Shopping Mall’ is yet another film like ‘Premisthe’ that was made on real life incident. We are making efforts to release the film shortly.”
