The reunion bash of 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' was held on Sunday night on the eve of the film's first anniversary. Here are the highlights of what the team of the film spoke on the occasion.

Allu Arjun said that the film is a milestone in his career and thanked the director Trivikram Srinivas for delivering him an industry hit. "Thaman's music was a major asset. And producers (Allu Aravind and China Babu) produced it without compromises. 2020 was the best year. 'AVPL' was an all-time hit. And it turned out to be the biggest hit in my 20-year-long career," Bunny added.

Trivikram said, "I will never forget the kind of excitement I saw when I narrated the script of 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' to Bunny Vas and Allu Bobby. And Allu Aravind garu asked us to take the film to the floors soon after he listened to the story. Bunny immersed himself like a technician during the making of the film. His dedication was great."

Allu Aravind said, "Trivikram's magic, Bunny's 'vishwaroopam', Thaman's music. 'AVPL' is just the beginning of their journey. During the pandemic, our film gave a big relief to the audience on TV and OTT. The writing of Trivikram excited the audience a lot. On TV, it got huge TRPs."

Thaman said, "We have done a special song for this occasion out of love for Bunny. I thank everyone for the blockbuster. Trivikram garu's dialogues come with a lot of meaning."

Pooja Hegde said, "Bunny garu's energy is the biggest highlight of the movie. We enjoyed a lot doing the film. This was my second film with Trivikram garu. Working with him felt great."

Sushant, Navdeep, Sunil, Samuthirakani and others also participated in the event.
