Allu Aravind is quite happy with the success charted by his streaming platform, Aha, thus far. Revealing its numbers, the Geetha Arts chief has said that Aha has been downloaded 40 lakh times in six months. For perspective, Aha was expecting this target to be achieved only in one and a half years. Aha expects that the numbers will double or triple by August 2021.

Meanwhile, Aravind is sure that the August festival at Aha will be lapped up by the audience. A range of web films and shows are going to be out, starting from August 14. "Both Independence Day and Vinayaka Chavithi fall in this month. The web films 'Johar', 'Metro Kathalu', 'Bucchinaidu Kandriga Thoorpu Veedhi', and the talk show 'All Is Well' will be brought to our viewers to mark Independence Day. Thir content will surely make the audience say 'aha'," Aravind says. If 'Johar' is a web film, 'Metro Kathalu' is an anthology film. 'All Is Well' is hosted by Suma Kanakala, who is going to interview the likes of Vijay Deverakonda in the initial episodes.

What is more, a similar festival will be taking place in the month of Dasara.

Aha aims to bring out 42 web series/shows/films in all in the coming months.
