Akhil Akkineni-VV Vinayak's Film Muhurat

King Nagarjuna’s son Akkineni Akhil’s anticipated debut film was launched early today i.e. on 17th of December at 9:10AM at Annapurna studios in Hyderabad. Sensational director VV Vinayak is directing this huge budget film. The film is being produced by Youth Star Nithiin and his father N Sudhakar Reddy under his home banner Sreshth Movies. Smt. Amala Akkineni sounded the clap board for the muhurat shot, while Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya switched on the camera. The muhurat shot which was canned on Akkineni Akhil was directed by King Nagarjuna. Regular shooting of this most anticipated film will starts from the first week of January.

Speaking at the film launch function, Nitiin said, “We have canned the first shot as there is a good muhurat today. We will start the regular shooting grandly from the first week of January in the presence of his fans. The hunt for the new heroine to play the female lead role opposite Akhil is going on. The film is being directed by VV Vinayak, who has given me the turning point with the film ‘Dill’. It has given me immense happiness. I’m very happy that Akhil’s first film is being made under our home banner. We will make the film wonderfully that will sure impress audience and fans.”

Producer N Sudhakar Reddy said, “We are very happy that Nagarjuna has given us the chance to make Akhil’s first film. VV Vinayak has planned the film in a very huge level. When Akhil and Nithiin tweeted about the muhurat shot, it got 2 Lakh clicks within 1 hour. It shows how much craze the audiences have on the film. The film will be up to everyone’s expectations. At present, the hunt for the cast and crew is going on.”
