Actor turned producer Sivaji first production venture ‘Taj Mahal’, a remake of Kannada block buster film with same title is being made in Telugu under Sri Sivaji Arts banner. Starring Sivaji and Sruthi as lead pair, the film is directed by Arun Singaraju. The audio launching ceremony was today held at Ramanaidu Studios. Te function was attended by Dr Dasari Narayana Rao, Srikanth, Bhumika, TV9 Ravi Prakash, Sivaji, Brahmanandam, Srinivasa Reddy, Srilekha, Ramajogayya Sastry, Abhimaan, Bhaskara Bhatla, Sonia and others.

While Dasari Narayana Rao released the audio CDs, Srikanth received the first copy of it from him. Likewise Bhumika released the audio cassettes and presented its first copy to TV9 Ravi Prakash.

Later Dasari Narayana Rao opined about Sivaji in this manner. “Every actor needs to have his own production house in these days, as it has become difficult for heroes to get the films of their choice. Sivaji is a hard-working hero. I hope he will become successful as producer too with this film.”

Srikanth said, “I did a film with the same title ‘Taj Mahal’ 14 years ago. That film brought me good name and fame. I wish my friend Sivaji also will get bigger success than that as producer and actor as well.”

TV9 Ravi Prakash commented, “I had a wrong notion about film heroes until I met Sivaji and Srikanth at Vizag regarding the help rendered to flood victims. I always used to think that they are very delicate but I was surprised to see both of them work day and night. Thus Sivaji had inspired me a lot and came immediately when he invited me for this function. I hope the film will become a big hit.”

Emotionally speaking Sivaji said, “Once upon a time I suffered a lot even for food. I joined as a worker who used to give cassettes to Ravi Prakash. I never stepped into this film industry to become a hero. I worked in almost all departments, that is why I am familiar with people from all departments. Even today I lend my voice as dubbing artist if required. I still do not understand how I became a hero and now the producer. But I am very happy that I am continuing as a good hero.”

Music director Abhiman said, “I got success through ‘Taj Mahal’ after almost 9 years. When I was enjoying the success I got this opportunity to compose the same kind of tunes to Telugu version. I am confident about the film’s success.”
