Balayya-Parachuri Murali Film Muhurat

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s new film to be directed by Parachuri Murali and produced by M L Kumar Chowdary under Sri Keerti Combines banner was launched on the morning of August 27th, 2010, at Ramanaidu Studios. The grand launching event took place amidst many top film personalities. The pooja was performed by D Suresh Babu in a formal manner. Later for the muhurat shot Nara Chandrababu Naidu tapped the clap board on Balakrishna, while K Raghu switched on the camera and K Raghavendra Rao held the direction for the first shot.

Speaking to the media director Parachuri Murali said, “I worked as an assistant director for 4 of Balakrishna’s films. But for the first time I’m working as a director with a big hero. It took 7 months for me to prepare this script. I believed in involving cinematographer Vijay C Anand and music director Kalyan Malik to design this script in a proper manner. As a team three of us worked very hard. After narrating the story to Balakrishna, I was very happy when he rang me and conveyed his wish to do this film. I selected a very good team to direct this film that has action, romance, entertainment, emotion and sentiment. We would announce the heroines’ names shortly. We are planning to shoot this film in several hill stations.”

Producer ML Kumar Chowdary said, “I produced 8 films till date. Right now I’m producing ‘Saradaga Kasepu’ and ‘Bava’. Earlier I produced ‘Andrudu’ which earned 2 Nandi Awards. Balakrishna gave his nod instantly as soon as he heard the story. I will make this film on par with Balakrishna’s latest hit ‘Simha’. Director Murali prepared a story with powerful subject. This film is going to be made with ‘Andrudu’ team only. The regular shooting will begin from September 25th.”

Music director Kalyan Malik said, “I consider myself lucky for getting opportunity to work for this film. I thank my friend Parachuri Murali and producer ML Kumar Chowdary for that. I’m pretty confident that I would provide music that makes Balakrishna fans very happy.”
