Naa Ishtam Audio Success Meet

Rana-Genelia starrer ‘Naa Ishtam’ is being directed by Prakash Tholeti and produced by Parachuri Kireeti on United Movies banner with music by Chakri. The audio success meet was organised on Thursday at Park Hotel in Hyderabad.

In the success meet Rana said, “Naa Ishtam will be youthful. Genelia is a nice costar. I did this with lot of passion. Chakri’s music is wonderful. The movie was made without compromising in the budget. The director is known to me for the past 4 years.”

Genelia said, “I’ve come back to Telugu industry with ‘Naa Ishtam’. I played a matured character. I really did this film with lot of passion.”

Director Prakash Tholeti said, “There are two truths in this world – one is selfish and another is love. Rana was impressed with the line “Life is nothing but the lie with the mix of selfish and love” and hence he agreed to do the film. Genelia took part in shootings even in hot weather in Malaysia where we shot the film for 45 days. We once again went to Malaysia to shoot a song. Producers never compromised anywhere. Lyricist Balaji and I lived together for 3 years. While he penned 5 songs, Chandra Bose penned one and Vanamali another. I troubled Chakri a lot while recording the songs. However, he gave the best tunes.”

Chakri said, “I’m happy that the songs have come out very well. I thank my entire team on this occasion. I’m very happy to see the positive response for ‘Naa Ishtam’ songs.”
