After the release of audio CDs Venkatesh said, “The audience would definitely watch any film that has good story and ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’ is one such film. It’s sure to become a great film. I could see a lot of improvement in Rana from one film to another. I’m also confident that he will finetune himself and improve further. The entire unit worked very hard for this film. I wish them all the best for the movie’s success.”
SS Rajamouli said, “The trailers and posters are mind-blowing. Sai’s dialogues are excellent. I’ve no words to talk after watching the trailers. I’m very eager to watch this film. I wish the film unit for the success of the film.”
D Ramanaidu said, “Rana is a sincere person who would never forget to inform any work that he does. I was very happy when I saw him doing ‘Leader’. I wanted him to choose good scripts in Telugu and he is following the same. I was very happy after watching the trailer. Venkatesh’s ‘Kaliyuga Pandavulu’ and many of his films were screened for 100 days. I wish that Rana’s films also would run so long. I wish the entire team for the film’s success.”
Suresh Babu said, “I wanted to produce this film when I listened to the story of KVJ. However it didn’t materialize. Many big technicians worked for this film. Rana’s performance in this film is very energetic. It’s a complete commercial movie, hence I’m sure it will be a blockbuster film.”
Rana Daggubati said, “KVJ is my 6th film. It’s is the story of a B.Tec Babu who performs street dramas. Right from the time I became an actor, I was longing for one such story. I thank Krish for his excellent craftsmanship. I’m sure this movie will attract all kinds of audience.”
Nayantara said, “Rana has passion for films. He’s a good co-star too. I’m very happy to work with him. I did my first film with Venkatesh garu. However, at the time I decided not to act in films, I got this offer opposite Rana. I dubbed my voice for my role in this film. I’m sure this movie will earn a good name.”
Kota Srinivas Rao said, “My role in this film is the key to the story. Rajamouli, Trivikram and Krish stand on top when it comes to taking films that cause thrill to the audience. These directors put in lot of efforts and direct films. Rana performance in this film is so wonderful that it will make tears roll down our eyes. Rama Naidu’s family is known for family entertainers. Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum will show the stamina of Telugu cinema.”
Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry said, “Rana’s performance in this film is simply superb. Krish is coming out with good films right from ‘Gamyam’. This movie also has a good message in it. The songs are so excellent that I felt as if I was alive only to write songs for this film. This movie will showcase the relationship between God and us in our day-to-day life. I wish this film to earn a good name to the entire team.”
Director Krish said, “Only Rana can do a character like B.Tec Babu. Kota garu played a key role in this film. KVJ is the story of B.Tec Babu who works as an artist in Surabhi Drama Company for a living since it’s his family profession. The rest of the story forms how he meets Devika, a documentary filmmaker and what happens next. Rana’s role has shades of navarasalu. There are 6 fights, action, entertainment and heart-touching scenes. The film also has stage dramas for 9 minutes. Similarly there is a 12 minute song, which was choreographed in Dasavataram dance form. I’m proud to have one such song in my film. Like ‘Khaidi’ to Chiranjeevi garu, ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’ is for Rana. I thank Sirivennela garu and Mani Sharma garu for providing wonderful lyrics and tunes.”
All other guests also wished for the success of audio and the film.
