Ice Cream Trailer Launch
Creative director Ram Gopal Varma has shown the taste of ‘Ice Cream’. In the press meet held in Hyderabad yesterday, i.e., on 18th June, Ram Gopal Varma screened the trailer along with another teaser which was shot using the flow cam technology. He released them soon after the screening to media personnel. This Navdeep-Tejaswi starer ‘Ice Cream’ is made under Bheemavaram Talkies banner with Tummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana as the producer.
Speaking at the press meet Ram Gopal Varma said, “Even if the film is made with great technology, films can’t become successful if they do not have the right content to make people connect with it. Nevertheless, the new technology will help the director give the audience new experience through the story and screenplay. I am confident that the flow cam technology which I’m introducing through ‘Ice Cream’ will definitely create a new revolution in the Indian Cinema. ‘Ice Cream’ is going to be very different film from all my earlier ones. In this story ‘Ice Cream’ has a significant role. That’s the reason why I gave the title as ‘Ice Cream’. The positive feeling in the title has an impact on the making too.”
Producer Tummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana said, “Working with a great director like Ram Gopal Varma is like a big achievement in my life. That’s because after watching ‘Shiva’, I thought that I should meet him at least once in life time and click a photo with him. ‘Ice Cream’ is going to be a sensational hit. No doubt about that.”
Hero Navdeep said, “I feel it as a privilege to work with great director like Ram Gopal Varma. He will not tell us how to act but teaches us how to behave as per the situation. I am sure ‘Ice Cream’ will create a new trend in the Telugu film industry”.
Heroine Tejaswi commented, “This is a dream come true for me, to be part of an RGV film. I still could not believe that I’m the heroine of his film.”
Others who attended this meet are cinematographer Anji, music director Pradhan, prominent producer KVV Satyanarayana and Balaji Color Lab Ram Prasad.
