An integral part of Tatva, Chef Abhiru Biswas of AB Test Kitchen has conceptualised certain special desserts exclusively for Tatva.
He began his career in Patisserie from Hyatt, Delhi and in his 20 year long journey has worked with Oberoi, Taj, Reliance and Barry Callebaut among many others.
He has been acknowledged universally as he was given the honorary title of the world wide best technical advisor at the Salon de Chocolat in Paris. He also holds a gold medal in the culinary olympiad and was accoladed with the title of the Best Dessert Chef by Nestle.
Chef Abhiru and his team have created exclusive gluten-free, eggless desserts for Tatva. With a lot of research and creativity they have introduced their creations with a promise to leave you wanting for more. Introducing the city to the unique 'raspberry and cocoa soil', our celebrity chef will be showcasing 'molecular gastronomy' on his platter. Him along with his team will be preparing a few of their innovative creations live. One among them is the 'Nitro Paan Aur Gulaab' made with paan and gulkand that is sure to leave you with an adrenaline rush and the 'Lightest Tiramisu' in Hyderabad assures a sustained sweet tooth even after a heavy meal. Other extraordinary fabrications include a 'banana-tella' for the experimental you, 'baked cheesecake' for the classic taste, 'tropical island' for an exotic feel and the 'coconut brulee with mango mousse' for the ones ready to try the new.
