TREDA Property Show at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad

Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) today launched the three days “TREDA Property Show 2016” in Hyderabad. The Property Show was inaugurated by Sri Jupally Krishna Rao, Hon’ble Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development. Sri Bonthu Ram Mohan, Mayor, GHMC and Sri T Bhanuprasad Rao, MLC, Karimnagar Dist were the Guests of Honour who graced the occasion.

The TREDA Property Show is open to a mix of the populace, including prospective property buyers, corporate houses, investors, architects, consultants, developers, government organisations among others. About 135 stalls have been put-up at the TREDA Property Show, comprising of all leading Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Finance Companies, Material Manufacturers and Banks, showcasing their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers. Last year, the TREDA Property Show had witnessed footfall of over 50,000 visitors and this year the visitors are expected to cross 60,000.

Apart from leading builders and suppliers Financial Institutions have been one of the key highlights of the event. The Banking and Finance industry, participants include - LICHFL, SBI, HDFC Ltd, ICICI, Andhra Bank, Central Bank of India, Punjab Housing Finance, India Bulls Housing Finance, Axis Bank and Bank of India offering exclusive home loans to the visitors.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. P Dasharath Reddy, President, TREDA, said, “We are pleased to organise the 7th edition of TREDA Property Show. We have always received an overwhelming response from the real estate fraternity and prospective buyers and expecting a similar response this year as well.

“We are witnessing a remarkable transformational change in the State, especially in the Hyderabad region, due to various measures initiated by the Government. We expect the momentum of growth in the real estate sector to continue. We have seen our previous property shows making a positive difference to potential property buyers. This property show also will bring together various players in the real estate business and showcases what is on offer to general public”.

With the Telangana government taking proactive measures to improve business sentiments and attract investments, including the new industrial / IT policies, the State's real estate sector has initiated to look after an extended period of serious business activities in Hyderabad. The property show will serve as a common platform for real estate developers and prospective buyers from across the State.


Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA):

Telangana Real Estate Developers Association is an association formed to represent and co-ordinate the efforts of real estate developers.

TREDA serves the State of Telangana interacting with the Government on behalf of the industry to co-ordinate with policy making authorities in evolving and implementing real estate friendly policies and service delivery systems in order to stimulate development.

TREDA is the founder member of NAREDCO Telangana which is actively pursuing Central Government policies through NAREDCO National.
