Pooja Sankeerthanalu Album Launch

Already four albums were released with the same title ‘Pooja Sankeerthanalu’. Marking the occasion of VB Rajendra Prasad’s death anniversary, ‘Pooja Sankeerthanalu’ fifth album has been dedicated to him. Actor Murali Mohan launched Sankeerthan’s album and presented it to Jagapathi Babu.

On this occasion, Murali Mohan said, “Jagapathi banner is the source of many legendary films. Especially, all of them were musical hits. Rajendra Prasad garu used to spend some quality time with the music composers and lyricists. He had great respect and love for music. It is great that Pooja who is from this family has rose to fame as singer. Rajendra Prasad used to feel proud and happy that his granddaughter has become a good singer. He himself has the earlier four ‘Pooja Sankeerthanalu’ albums. This album contains Hindi and Gujarati Bhajans also. Pooja lends her voice only for devotional songs. I’m very happy that she has dedicated this album to his grandfather.”

Music director Banti said, “Rajendra Prasad was a very affectionate person. Pooja has sung every song wonderfully. She has given amazing gift to her grandfather. She is multi-talented. Bunti and team have done excellent job.”
