FLO Hyderabad Chapter to host Inter-State Meet of FICCI Ladies
180 women entrepreneurs, owners of businesses and professionals from 15 cities from across India will converge in Vizag, interact, network and learn
Hyderabad, November 21, 2018: FLO Hyderabad Chapter to host a 3-day long 20th Inter-State Meet 2018 & Governing Body Meeting from 25th to 27th November at Vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh at the PEMA Wellness Resort.
Disclosing this addressing a press conference here in Hyderabad today, Pinky Reddy, it's national President informed, "the Inter-State meet is the platform for experience sharing, showcasing, mentoring and networking of FLO members from pan-India"
Our objective, Pinky Reddy stated is to bring together women entrepreneurs and professionals from across India and provide a perfect milieu for an exchange of ideas and meeting of the minds. Our endeavor is to develop the wisdom to lead; coming together as a strong voice for and by women.”

A first of its kind of an event built around "Wellness". It will be a great event for FLO members to experience a stress-free environment.
The Hyderabad Chapter is hosting it for the 3rd time and the last one was hosted in the year 2012.
About 180 women entrepreneurs, owners of businesses and professionals from various fields will converge on Vishakhapatnam to attend the meet. These participants are from 15 pan-India Chapters - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow- Kanpur, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Amritsar Mumbai North East and Pune.
FLO, the women's business wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, holds the annual event in various locations. This year, it is being hosted by FLO's Hyderabad chapter at Vizag for the first time.
The focus on the meet will be "Wellness". It will be formally inaugurated by FLO National President Pinky Reddy, the first Telugu woman to have become its national President. She is the 35th National President of the body.
Established in 1983, as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) which is the apex body of industry and commerce in India, FICCI Ladies Organization is an All India Organization for women, FLO has 15 Chapters pan India - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow-Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Northeast, Pune, Amritsar, Northeast & Uttarakhand, with its Head Office in New Delhi. Its members comprise of entrepreneurs, professionals, and Corporate Executives.
The three-day meet includes discussions, entertainment and networking events.
Several speaker sessions will be held on the beach. The meet will kick off with a motivational talk on emotional quotient "Life Hacks" will be conducted by Shri Nityashanti, the forest monk on the beach of PEMA.
Laughter can increase an overall sense of well-being. Women only Stand-up Comedy Show will be held by Delhi based Standup comedian Jeeya Sethi known for her only-women shows.
The day two will begin with Naturopathy, Kriya, Yoga, and a walk, a visit to the famous Narasimha Temple of Simhachalam and a session on Wellness, Aqua Yoga etc.
Nara Lokesh Babu, Minister for Information Technology, Panchayat Raj, Govt of Andhra Pradesh will address and interact with participants
Also, an exhibition titled "DesikalaBazar" — an expo showcasing traditional local art and culture will kick off on day two.
Salaam, Noni Appa, a short story from Twinkle Khanna's best-selling book The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad will be performed. It will be a heart-warming story of relationships of the bond between two elderly sisters. It will be a wonderful play to unwind the day two of the three days meet.
An interaction session with the Indian Naval Officers on the Naval Dockyard will be held. This will be a once- in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience first-hand India's sea power and learn about strategies and tactics. This allows participants to have a close look at Naval Equipment, visit submarine, warship and interact with personnel and enjoy lunch hosted by the Indian Navy aboard a warship.
An interaction with AP Government Heads is also lined up.
The meet will end with Desi Swagg, a beach gala dinner that will make it be a night to remember stated Priyankka.
