Hyderabad: 03rd November 2019: To usher in the festive season, an elaborate cake mixing and grape stomping brunch were arranged at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. The environment at the event was festive with pre-Christmas cheer all along and Christmas carols playing in the background. As a part of the celebrations, this time Novotel Hyderabad Airport invited the students from an NGO SOS village for the event.
Mr. Rubin Cherian, General Manager Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Mr. Varun M B, Executive Chef, Novotel Hyderabad Airport along with the team of chefs welcomed the guests and the kids and ushered them to the mixing table to mix an array of ingredients including Black currant, Golden Apricot, Rum Soaked Figs, Rasins, Dates, Candied Orange Peel, Candied Ginger, Dry Cherries, Candied Pumpkin, along with Rum & Brandy to make the perfect Christmas cake. All the guests enjoyed the lavish brunch specially curated by the Chefs and grooved to the tunes of live band
The staff and the management organized an interesting Hospitality industry exposure for the kids sos village for the students to help them earn a better livelihood and expose them to the world of hospitality and culinary. Executive Chef Varun MB conducted the workshop with the kids where he helped them prepare some easy to cook delicious dishes with some baking tips. The students participated with enthusiasm and enjoyed the experience.

Set against the beautiful alfresco area the grape stomping event concluded with fanfare with all guests soaking their feet in the festival spirit and were seen having a gala time.
