Julayi Team at Radio Mirchi

Hyderabad, July 3rd, 2011: Tollywood’s top director Trivikram Srinivas and music director Devi Sri Prasad along with actor Allu Arjun visited Radio Mirchi Studio - Hyderabad’s hottest radio station as a part of the promotional activity for their upcoming Telugu film ‘Julayi’. The stars were seen interacting with the chirpy RJ Bhargavi on the popular evening drive time show Band Baajaa!

RJ Bhargavi’s energetically dived in when she asked the young actor what makes this movie so special” to which the stylish Arjun immediately responded “it is a movie that has something for everyone, a whole family entertainer will include good doses of comedy, action and suspense along with great songs!”.

Devi Sri Prasad shared some further interesting facts on the soundtrack by adding “I like to experiment with songs and as the movie is very interesting, it was a nice experience and the lyricist Srimani has provided us with excellent lyrics”. Trivikram adds to this by saying, “The songs in this movie are fantastic and most importantly apt for Allu Arjun”. The popular track ‘O Madhu’ even became the first Telugu language song to ever be playlisted by the BBC in the station's history.

One of the listeners sharing his thoughts, said, “It feels so great to be able to talk to Allu Arjun. I love his dance and acting. It’s a wonderful feeling and I cannot contain my excitement. Thank you so much, Mirchi truly added spice to my day.”
