Fashion Design Students showcase Designer Collections at INIFD Graduating Fashion Show

Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), India's leading fashion and design education conglomerate organized 'Fashion Forward’, Annual Graduating Fashion Show here in Hyderabad today showcasing the designer collection by INIFD-Hyderabad students. 'Fashion Forward' show had models showcasing 16 collections by the students as they step into the world of fashion, glitz and glamour graduating from INIFD.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sanjay Saraswat, INIFD Regional Director, Andhra Pradesh congratulated the graduating students on successfully completing the course and stepping into the world of fashion. Students and Models showcased the various collections designed by INIFD-Hyderabad students. The show started with the collections of INIFD alumni, followed by final and second year students and later Diploma students.

Mr. Sanjay Saraswat said that the aim of the show is to showcase the talent of the new bunch of graduating students and also provide an opportunity for their other students still pursuing their courses a sneak peek into the Fashion world and experience the firsthand requirements of the profession in which they wish to make their careers. He said that INIFD has always strived to provide the best education and exposure for its students in today's changing dynamics of the world of fashion. Keeping up with the times, INIFD is the first educational institute in the world to completely digitize fashion and design education with the launch of the latest innovation INIFD Design Pad - a first-of-its-kind initiative. INIFD has completely digitized its entire curriculum and is providing students-with INIFD Design Pads.

The various collections showcased on the occasion by the students are "Press N Impress" by Tulsi wherein he has made garments with PRESS BUTTONS only; "Roots and Shoots" by Nimisha inspired by Mother Nature is a earthy collection of gowns and dresses; "Early Man" collection by Rajesh and Srivalli presenting attire with tribal motifs for carefree spirits of next generation; "Flower Spa" by Pooja Rongta taking inspiration from the vastness of the Flora and infusing life into garments; "Golden Glowing Bride" collection by Umika Aneja presents a blend of modernity, tradition and femininity for the modern, confident and power women of today, Actress Suhani (Popular as a child artist in 'Manasantha Nuvve', Tooneega Toonega song fame) will be the show stopper for Designer Umika.

The "Yellow Taxi" collection by Harsha Darak depicts the fast and funky life of metros; "Drapes and Braids" by Tanya and Priya brings sophistication and style with draped and braided garments; "Smileey" collection by Deepika and Tejaswini aims to put a smile on all faces along with the accessories; "Zebra Print" by Swetha R. creating a classic and evergreen fashion; "Emerald, Rubies and Blue Sapphire" collection by Ranu and Prasad is Club wear with inspirations from the precious stones; "Cocktail" by Srilatha for the young and happening with twist and turns with chiffon fabrics; "Salt and Pepper" collection by Priyanka and Nidhi shows how two are inseparable and how they add zing to our life; "Little Black Dress" by Megha and Sonakshi presents short, sweet, trendy and sassy little black dresses; "Blotch Attires" by Mounica Reddy features prominently royal blue for the richness and patch work reminding us of our roots and our diverse culture; "Floral" by Anusha and Sunitha presents smart, peppy and girlie collection with all the colours of life; "Deep Green Sea" by Renuka takes inspiration from the mysteries and the beauty of the sea.
