The shooting of Tanish's next, 'Maha Prasthanam' is going on at a brisk pace. Currently, the shoot is underway at Aluminium Factory, Gachibowli and some important scenes are being canned. This film, directed by Johnny, also stars Muskaan Sethi of 'Paisa Vasool' fame, Bhanu Sri Mehre, Kabir Duhan Singh, Rikshika Khanna among others.

Director Johnny said that except for a couple of characters, almost all the characters in the film are negative, including the hero. "It's a emotional journey of some criminals. We are shooting at a rapid pace with the co-operation of our team. We are sure that the title 'Mahaprasthanam' will be justified. Sri Sri's influence won't be seen in the movie. It's only the life journey of a hero".

Tanish said, "We have been planning as per the plan. Director's filming is as good as his narration. We've been shooting non-stop like a Yagnam. It's a very dedicated team and the output will be there for you to see. About 50 percent of the shoot has been completed. We will wrap the shoot by the end of this month and will release it in April. We are rehearsing for every shot. The story will be very fresh and will be like an experiment on Indian screen. It will be realistic film that mirrors the society today".

Muskaan Sethi said, "'Maha Prasthanam' has a very interesting story. It's a new experience for me. The film will have amazing action and a little big glamour".
Bhanu Sri Mehra said, "After my marriage, I've taken a break and is back in Telugu cinema with this film. I play a journalist in 'Maha Prasthanam'. It's a very important role".

Raja Ravindra, Amit are among others who attended this press meet.
