Young hero Sumanth Ashwin is rising high and proving himself as hero through every film by choosing good roles and good stories. In the past two years, he did four films and out of those, three became big hit. Now, he is coming up with another film titled ‘Columbus’ and ‘Discovery of Love’ is the tag line. Ashwini Kumar Sahadev is producing this film under R Samala’s direction under AK Entertainments banner. The film has completed the shooting part recently.
Briefing about the film’s details, Sumanth Ashwin said, “After scoring consecutive successes with the films ‘Lovers’ and ‘Kerintha’, I took up this project. I was very excited by the script and immediately accepted to act in this. In the story, emotions has also given importance along with entertainment. That is why I immediately connected to the script. The film will impress family audience also along with the youth. My role in ‘Columbus’ will be very different. ‘Run Raja Run’ fame Seerath Kapoor and ‘Chinnadana Nee Kosam’ fame Mishti Chakraborthy have played female leads opposite me. R Samala, who worked as writer for the film ‘Ishq’, is being introduced as director through this film. Producer Sahadev has not compromised in terms of quality. Jithin has provided excellent music. It’s a romantic musical entertainer. All scenes in the film will be very fresh. The shoot has been completed and presently post-production works are going on. We are planning to release the audio in October and the film in the first week of November.”
Seerath Kapoor and Mishti Chakraborthy are playing female leads opposite Sumanth Ashwin.
