Dasari Narayana Rao is no more. He passed away at 75 and was ailing from breathing issues. His health started declining from last February. But he recovered and was sent to home from KIMS Hospital. But this thing worsened four days ago when he complained of chest pain again. Dasari survived by two sons and a daughter.
His first directorial venture was Thatha Manavadu which was a huge hit. And there was no looking back for the director. He made great films and many actors are indebted to him for giving that much needed hit in their careers.
Dasari made different kinds of films which include, 'Swargam Narakam', 'Manushulantha Okkate', 'Thoorpu Padamara', 'Yavvanam Katesindi', 'Padavoyi Bharateeyuda', 'Devadasu Malli Puttadu', 'Katakatala Rudrayya', 'Idekkadi Nyayam'.
He has acted in 'Swayam Varam', 'MLA Edukondalu', 'Mama Garu', 'Soori Gadu', 'Hitler', 'Parvathalu Panakalu', 'Mayabazaar', 'Mama Kodalu', 'Osey Ramulamma' and 'Mestri'.
Apart from acting, writing and director, he has a good knack in business. He was also in production and distribution. Dasari Narayana Rao’s passing away has created a huge void in Tollywood.
