Amala Paul has revealed that she has taken the ancient Panchakarma therapy for wellness. The five-fold procedures are about purging the body of imbalances.

"In my unending journey towards becoming the best version of myself, both physically and mentally, I signed up for a healing process called the Panchakarma," the 'Iddarammayilatho' actor began saying.

The beauty said that our ancestors have left behind "a goldmine of information just waiting to be put into practise" in the field of Ayurveda. "The Panchakarma treatment was a complete transformation, a story of purging and revival. It takes immense self-control and strength to go through this process," she added.

Amala Paul added, "I am amazed with things the mind is capable of doing."

The 'Mynaa' actress put out a serene pic on Instagram to signify her inner calm.
