Actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood was once a notorious villain on screen and he is known for his antagonist roles. But now, the times have changed and filmmakers are not ready to show Sonu Sood as a villain.

After the Covid-19 pandemic in India, Sonu Sood has emerged as real life and the entire nation salutes him for his humanitarian work. Considering this, the makers of the films are penning positive roles for the actor.

Now, such a kind of development happened with Megastar Chiranjeevi's Acharya. The makers of the film have made major changes to Sonu Sood's character in the film as per Chiru's suggestions. Even the veteran actor is not ready to lay his hands on Sonu during the action sequences saying that people love Sonu so much and this may hurt them.

Megastar asked the makers to add a declaimer at the beginning of the movie, asking the audience to watch Sonu Sood as a character in the film and don't watch him for what he is doing for the nation.
