Bobby Kolli, who has previously directed Waltair Veerayya, is super-glad to have met with actor-politician Pawan Kalyan, with whom he worked on Sardar Gabbar Singh way back in 2016. He lauded the actor's simplicity.
"A slight sense of excitement stirred within me as I went to meet him... When I worked with him back then, he was a man who had just stepped into politics. But now... he is the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. When I arrived, he appeared to me like a sage, radiating smiles... We have heard of and seen people who have increased their wealth through politics... but he, who has given up all comforts to live for the ideology he believes in, appeared to me like a towering peak. For as long as I was there, I was completely overwhelmed by the love he showered upon me. I will say one final thing... We have read in history about the Buddha, who left behind royal luxuries and headed to the forests in search of wisdom... Today, I have seen a Karma Yogi who has sacrificed all his personal comforts and works tirelessly for the people," Bobby wrote on social media.
Bobby Kolli is scheduled to wield the megaphone for a Chiranjeevi movie to be produced by Toxic and Jana Nayagan fame KVN Productions.
