Director Shouryuv made a successful debut with Hi Nanna in 2023. Nearly 2.5 years since his debut, his second movie was made official today. And he has teamed up with Vijay Deverakonda, one of the most happening actors of Telugu cinema.
Vijay, in a suspenseful style, described the yet-to-be-titled outing as an "intimidating film", without elaborating much. "Introducing the team taking on the scary task of making this intimidating film. So happy to have this firecracker global team working on this one with Shouryuv and his wild imagination and intense heart. ROAR my friends. I will give you my all. Peak excitement and lots of love," the Kingdom actor added. Surely, the scale is going to be huge. Shouryuv, who is just a second-time director, is up for something spectacular.
To be made with a global appeal, the film will stand alongside prestigious ventures like Varanasi and Raaka in terms of ambition. It will have a "mythological universe" stamina.
Everything about the announcement smacks of an intense drama in the making. "All this anger was once love. This film comes from that place…built with people who felt it as deeply as we did. Together, we’re delivering something meant to be felt. Promise," Vyra Entertainments added. The banner has previously produced Hi Nanna and Matka. The banner is evolving with each film.
Producers Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala have assembled a talented technical team. With music by Hesham Abdul Wahab, the film has cinematography by Alejandro Martínez of Hollywood. Production Design is by Suresh Selvarajan. VFX supervision is by the internationally renowned Eric Durst. Edited by Praveen Antony, the film has costumes designed by Sachin Lovalekar.
