Avasarala Srinivas, the filmmaker of Oohalu Gusagusalade fame, has teased a new project. In a funny video clip on social media, the actor-director warned the residents of Hyderabad of a "sleepwalking" hero who has lately been roaming on the streets at odd hours.
“I have come to know that an actor who is a friend of mine has developed a strange condition. He is reportedly walking like a zombie. If you come across him sleepwalking on the streets, please don’t think otherwise. If you can guess who that hero is, please comment,” Srinivas says in the video. At this point, the actor, whose face is not visible in the video, walks past Srinivas.
As project teases go, this one is interesting. By August 30 morning, we will know what it is all about.
Avasarala Srinivas has written dialogues for the Telugu version of Avatar: The Way of Water and Ranbir Kapoor's Brahmastra. He is a recipient of two Nandi Awards: Special Jury Award – Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014) and Best Dialogue Writer – Jyo Achyutananda (2016).
