Actress Sreeleela recently spoke about the working conditions of women on film sets. She spoke of the advantages that current generation actresses have. These privileges include access to personal cars and vanity vans.
Sreeleela, speaking to Deccan Chronicle, noted that other female crew members do not receive these facilities. She specifically mentioned assistant directors and dancers. She stated that actresses have a responsibility to support these women. The star heroine encourages actresses to invite female crew members to use their personal facilities at any time. She described this act of sharing as basic humanness.
Last year, Sreeleela was seen in two Tollywood disasters: Ravi Teja's Mass Jathara and Nithiin's Robinhood. Earlier, her Telugu career was weakened by flops like Extra Ordinary Man, Aadikeshava, Skanda, and Guntur Kaaram. This year, Pawan Kalyan's Ustaad Bhagat Singh and Sivakarthikeyan's Parasakthi flopped at the box office. Recently, she was roped in for a Dhanush movie, helmed by Rajkumar Periyasamy of Amaran fame.
