Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan have bought a luxury duplex apartment on the 4th and 5th floors of a high-end residential project in the ultra-posh Poes Garden area of Chennai. The reported purchase price is outstanding. Its total cost is Rs 31.50 crore.
Nayanthara reportedly holds a 90% share, while her husband owns 10%. They will be living in the same locality as stalwarts such as Superstar Rajinikanth. Mid-Day has reported on the acquisition as part of Nayanthara's growing Rs 100+ crore real estate portfolio.
On the work front, Nayanthara was most recently seen in Chiranjeevi's Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. The film featured her in the role of an embittered wife who is separated from her husband. On June 4, she is going to be seen in Yash's Toxic, in which her role has been kept under wraps. She is currently also doing Nandamuri Balakrishna's 111th movie, which is being directed by Gopichand Malineni.
