Marking May Day, the makers of Bhagavanthudu unveiled a song titled Saranamanna Saranam, whose lyrics are a tribute to the hard work put in by the working class of society. "We have conceived the song as a tribute to the strength and dignity of labour. Hi KP's (Krushna Prassad's) composition is inspired. Singer Kumara Vagdevi has rendered it with deep emotion," the makers stated.

The song comes with a spiritual resonance. Deeply rooted in the earth, our labor always begins with an invocation of the divine feminine. Villagers call upon Poleramma before the first furrow is turned, seek the grace of Gangamma while tending to the waters, and turn to Yellamma as a constant anchor through the cycles of struggle and joy.

The visuals of the song involve Faria Abdullah's reverent postures, while actor Thiruveer plays a muscular part in the movie. The lyrics hail the Maala's sword, the handloom weaver's 'tambour', the goldsmith's furnace, the barber's scissors, the washerman's stone, the tapper toddy's pot, the fisherman's net, the carpenter's lance, and the shepherd's axe.

Rishi, Ravinder Vijay, Shelley Kishore, Kalakeya Prabhakar, and Chirag Jani are part of the cast. Balagam Sanjay, Adhire Abhi, Mime Madhu, and Jabardasth Jeevan will also be seen in different roles.

The lyrics of the different songs are written by Chandrabose, Goreti Venkanna, and Kasarla Shyam. The Ram Kishan-Robin Subbu duo are the action choreographers. Raj Thota and Gandhi Nadikudikar are the cinematographer and production designer, respectively. Ayesha Mariam is the costume designer. Edited by Prawin Puadi, the film is produced on Ravi Panasa Film Corporation. The story is written by director GG Vihari himself. Saranamanna Saranam from Bhagavanthudu is a tribute to labour.
