Ahead of Peddi's theatrical release on June 4, Ram Charan has teased a scintillating twist. In a chit-chat with his director, Buchi Babu Sana, he has glorified the film's "biggest twist" that unfolds in an episode set in New Delhi. The film's trailer features shots of the protagonist facing discrimination and hardships in the capital city, ostensibly because the antagonist of the story is in cahoots with a powerful man. While the multi-lingual movie was always expected to feature a twist, Charan has told the audience where they should look for it.
"The twist is going to be 100 times bigger than the one you showed in Uppena," Charan told the director.
Buchi Babu was so amazed by Charan's performance in the episode that, during its editing, he used to call the hero every day from the edit suite. "You wrote it with so much conviction," the Game Changer actor told Buchi Babu.
Peddi is produced by Vriddhi Cinemas. On June 3 night, many paid premieres will be scheduled. AR Rahman is its music director, while Rathnavelu is the cinematographer.
