The Paradise won't have a trailer. Nani justified the decision not to make a trailer because its making would be consuming four days. "At this point in time, we can't afford to spend that much time. We would rather focus on the post-production," Nani added. The period action drama will head to theatres on September 24.
The film, co-starring Raghav Juyal, Sampoornesh Babu, and Kayadu Lohar, is confirmed to have paid premiere shows, on the night of September 23, in the domestic market. The producer is undecided on opting for ticket rate hikes.
"The Paradise took longer than we had expected to take, be it because of the huge scale or our mistakes. While we have bungled up on time management, we have succeeded in executing what we had set out for," Nani shared, implying that Odela is aware that he needs to catch up in an area or two. "He is self-aware. I am proud of him," the actor added.
Did the film get delayed because Nani allegedly sustained injuries? "Injuries are par for the course when you are doing a film of this sort. Not just me, so many others on set sustained injuries. Every single frame will scream our hard work. Not a single frame is lazy," the Saripodhaa Sanivaaram star averred.
On his braided look, Nani added that director Srikanth Odela is crazy. "I like his vision. He doesn't fear stepping away from the norm. In the age of social media, anything and everything is considered troll-worthy. Srikanth doesn't take into consideration others' opinions. His conviction is something I admire the most. He is stubborn. Only that kind of obstinacy could have made a film of this scale possible," the hero added.
The action scenes were hard to pull off, because the braids were coming in the way. "The dances were not the hardest part," Nani said.
Director Odela justified Nani's slow-paced dance moves in the song, Yesha Nagula. "That was deliberate. I wanted my hero to have a natural flair, as though he was dancing at a family function," he added.
About the recent US concert, Nani attributed the euphoria to Anirudh Ravichander's popularity. "The energy was unbelievable," the Shyam Singha Roy actor said, adding that Aaya Sher was the highlight of the electrifying concert.
About Dr. Mohan Babu, Nani described him as "adorable". "You will fall in love with him when you work with him. Your opinion of him will change instantly. He is childlike," the Ante Sundaraniki actor said.
