"I am very happy to be working with Trivikram again after almost 20 years. Our previous collabs, Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari, are classic love stories. After those films, Trivikram has now come up with another wonderful story. This film has everything, from entertainment and action to emotion. Not only is the treatment fresh but you are also going to see unexpected twists," Victory Venkatesh said, speaking at an event of Adarsha Kutumbam on Sunday. Written and directed by Trivikram, the film's first song, Narayanamma, was released on the occasion. "Thaman has delivered some fantastic songs. Producers Chinnababu garu and Naga Vamsi are wonderful people," the Sankranthiki Vasthunam actor further stated.
The song, filmed on the lead man, Srinidhi Shetty, Nivetha Pethuraj (Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo fame), and Dimple Hayathi, is written by Ramajogayya Sastry. Dimple apparently shot for the film when she was running high fever.
Trivikram revealed that his first-ever dialogue as an assistant writer was for a Venky movie, the Muthyala Subbayya-directed Pavitra Bandham. "We didn’t know each other personally then. Later, when I went to narrate the story of Nuvvu Naaku Nachav, Venky garu remembered me when I mentioned it. That’s how my journey began with him. Even though he and I are very close, I still feel a little nervous around him. I think that nervousness comes from the affection and respect I have for him," the Guntur Kaaram maker shared, talking a bit about the dedication shown by the Drushyam actor.
Thaman's speech was about the songs. "Narayanaamma song is now out for you all. Many more are yet to come; the next one will be even better. Venkatesh garu and Trivikram garu together mean fun. WAdarsha Kutumbam has been fun to work on. It is going to be a very big hit. While working on the background score, I have been watching the film and thoroughly enjoying it," the OG composer shared. He is extremely happy to have got to work on the hero-director combination.
Srinidhi Shetty, who plays Venky's wife, revealed that everyone in the industry had told her that shooting for a Trivikram film would be a breezy picnic. Calling the Venky-Trivikram combo golden, she added, "I learned a lot from Trivikram garu. During this journey, I understood why everyone calls him ‘Guruji.’ Venkatesh garu is a very wonderful person. It is natural to feel some pressure when working alongside a senior actor. But he made sure I never felt any pressure and allowed me to participate in the shoot comfortably."
Actress Dimple Hayathi said that it had been a long time since she had performed a special song and recalled that Venkatesh had been the chief guest at the launch of her debut song, making it a special experience for her to now dance alongside him. She added that Trivikram was the main reason she agreed to the project and that working with him helped her understand why he is fondly called ‘Guruji’, while thanking the producers for the opportunity. Nivetha Pethuraj described Trivikram as one of the directors whose projects she would accept without even hearing the script. She expressed her happiness at sharing the screen with Venkatesh, Srinidhi Shetty, and the rest of the team, praised Thaman’s music, and said she was honoured to be working with Harika & Hassine Creations again. Lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry expressed hope that audiences would enjoy the ‘Narayanaamma’ song, and wished for the song to kick-start a successful promotional campaign that would lead to outstanding results for the film and strong returns for the producers.
Also featuring Nara Rohit, Rao Ramesh, Raghu Babu, Vennela Kishore, Satya, and Brahmaji, the film is produced by Harika & Hassine Creations.
The film's teaser has crossed 20 million views across digital platforms and is currently trending on YouTube.
Aadarsha Kutumbam, scheduled to be released in theatres on October 9, is meant for the family audience.
