'Thika Maka Thanda' has been made by passionate talents: Makers

'Thika Maka Thanda', which is slated to hit the cinemas on December 15, stars twins Harikrishna and Ramakrishna as heroes. The film's pre-release event was held on Wednesday in Hyderabad. A period village drama helmed by Venkat, the entertainer co-stars child artist Annie of 'Anukokunda Oka Roju', 'Rajanna' and 'Stalin' fame as the debutante heroine. Rekha Nirosha, Shivannarayana, Bobby Bedi, Yadamma Raju and others are part of the cast.

Speaking on the occasion, heroes Harikrishna and Ramakrishna spoke of their passion for cinema. "We are not here to make money," they added.

Producer C Kalyan Garu wished the team of the movie all the best. "Fight master Ram and Laxman are twins, much like Ramakrishna and Harikrishna. I hope they go on to become star heroes. Heroines Annie and Rekha Nirosha are hard workers. Producer Tirupathi Srinivasa Rao of TSR Movie Makers is capable. This content film should become a hit," Kalyan added.

Producer Damodar Prasad said, "When I saw the trailer of the movie, I found it very interesting. I believe that this movie will be suitably rewarded by the audience."

Producer Prasanna Kumar said that director Venkat has previously worked as an assistant under the acclaimed filmmaker Gautam Menon. "There is no small or big movie as such. A movie is either good or bad," he pondered.

Music director Suresh Bobbili thanked the director for the opportunity.

Director Venkat said that the lead actors extended their fullest support to him. "Sivannarayana garu (of 'Amrutham' fame), Rocket Raghava, and others are a highlight," he added.

Producer Tirupati Srinivasa Rao thanked the guests for gracing the occasion. He also added that the film is the fruit of hard work and talented writing.

Heroine Annie recalled that she became famous with 'Rajanna', which was directed by Vijayendra Prasad and featured Akkineni Nagarjuna in a special role.
