Fresh face Naga Shaurya is making his acting debut with Praveen Sattaru's 'Chandamama Kathalu', which is said to be one of the different conceptual films accompanied by some great performances. "My character in CK is like a hot pot Biriyani", said Shaurya while promoting the film. At this juncture we were able to squeeze some more information in a quick interview from the actor. How do you define your role in 'Chandamama Kathalu'?
CK has 8 different stories that blend together in one cup of tea. Every character is a pillar to the story. When it comes to my character, it's like a hot pot biryani among various dishes.
Which scene was the most challenging one for you in 'Chandamama Kathalu'? Every scene was challenging. But It become flexible and interesting due to my director's support and effort.
How was it working with your co-stars?
Working with CK co-stars was like having a get together with family members. It was unlimited fun and memorable experiences with them.
Any funny and interesting incidents on sets?
Lots of fun. We all enjoyed together on the set. I can't disclose the incident that happened, but it was real fun. I was fascinated on the set watching the 'beggar' episode.
Do you expect 'CK' to be a trend-setter?
Yes. CK will be surely a trend-setter and I am happy for being part of it. The result will be out in a week and let's embrace it.
Tell us about your work experience with Praveen Sattaru?
Praveen garu is like a school teacher for me. I am glad my debut film started with him. He is kind of cool guy with perfection and clarify. He knows how to extract the acting from the actor.
What kind of onscreen characters would you like to play in future?
I prefer to play characters that suits me and also attract the audiences. I will surely put in lot of efforts to entertain the audience with my choice of characters.
Any dream role? My dream is to work in movie like 'Dana Vera Soora Karna' given any character to me.
What are your upcoming projects? I'm currently involved with four projects. 'Oohalu Gusagusalade', 'Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya', 'Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki' and another movie which is yet to be titled.
