The cast and crew of director B.V.Ramana's Ontari starring Gopichand and Bhavana in the lead, came together on 24th at the Filmnagar Cultural Club to celebrate the success of their film.
Director B.V.Ramana was all praises for his cast and crew "The film was narrated in a new style though it had all the commercial elements. Producer Pokuri Babu Rao gave me a lot of freedom after observing me for four days. Gopichand's role in this film has a lot of shades and he did it well. Bhavana also has a good future in the industry".
"Though Eetaram banner has made socially relevant films like Neti Bharatam and Repati Pourulu in the past, Ontari was made for pure entertainment." Producer Pokuri Babu Rao said "but I am happy that people appreciated the film's novel subject; that of Schizophrenia, that made the difference to an otherwise normal revenge story. B.V.Ramana is a very talented director and with the right kind of subjects can do wonders. As for Gopichand he has already made it to the elite actors list with his film Lakshyam. Bhavana was another plus point of the film" the producer also praised music director Manisharma "He (Mani Sharma) has always given good music for Eetaram films. Ontari will become a mile stone in Eetaram banner films".
While actress Bhavana expressed her happiness over the film's success her costar Gopichand had a lot more to say "I feel very happy to have worked in this film. The director extracted the best out of me and I thank him for that. The film's action sequences, especially the oil fight, have got a very good response".
