Barbeque Nation reopens its Banjara Hills outlet with a refreshing new look!

Barbeque Nation, one of the most successful casual dining restaurant chains in India, is back to the city of Nawabs with its newly renovated restaurant at Banjara Hills. The revamped outlet brings a fresh look, an exciting menu and a unique dining experience. Priyadarshini Chatterjee, Miss India-Universe 2016 inaugurated the new outlet, donned the chefs hat and tried her hand at barbecuing on the famous live on the table grills.
Barbeque Nation has ensured that everything customers loved about the chain - the famous live on the table grills, the exceptional menu, the understanding that guests come to outlets as much to eat as to celebrate their special moments - remains the same; while offering so much more in their new outlet.
The new restaurant boasts of an exclusive appearanceand a premium, customised dining experience. The outlet also sports a brand new white-orange logo, with a crown atop the brand name. The new menu serves an array of interesting lip smacking dishes such as rabbit, quail and duck.While the outlet has a newlook and feel,it still caters to Barbeque Nation's philosophy of hospitality.
Along with renovating the decor and menu, there have been changes in colour schemes, seating arrangement, ambience, staff uniforms, an open kitchen, wall decor, music and other elementsto provide a more exclusivelook and feel. Customers can look forward to greater customization to suit individual tastes and have food being prepared and customized according to their requirements.
Several new 'live counters' have been added at the center of the outlet where chefs grill and serveaccording to preferences.
> Exotic meats counter: Seasonal exotic meats such as rabbit, quail and duck will be served. The chef will grill the meat on tawaswith various marinades and spices
> Shawarma counter: Classic shawarma grill; chefs saw off meat and serve the delicious wraps to customers.
> Kathi Roll Counter: Will offer four different types of freshly made roomali roti, with a choice of filling (mushroom, paneer tikka, chicken tikka) and salads.
> Biryani Counter: Offers a choice of vegetarian, chicken and mutton biryani which come with 3 types of salans and 3 types of raitas. To provide authentic taste, biryanis are prepared in large aluminum (tamba) vessels also knows as 'lagaan'and served in special metallic plates and bowls.
> Dal Counter: 3 different types of dais are prepared with customization of tadka, salt and spices.
> Dessert counter: Imartis, Jalebis, Malpua with Rabadi and Rasmalaiis prepared by the chef. The 'rasmalai' juice is actually cooked in front of the customer;
> Soup counter: A vegetable soup stock is pre-prepared. Customers can customize their soups with choice of shrimp / prawn, chicken, exotic vegetables, or mutton.
Barbeque Nation's famous grills will now be prepared in an open kitchen, allowing customers to be part of barbeque preparation process right from the onset.
