Deepa Nath is a noted artist and social worker based in Hyderabad. Her paintings are based on people and relationships and her ability to capture human emotions and this can be seen in her series of paintings titled "Rasa" on man-woman relationship and "Rustic Blossoms" and "Girl Child" is an indication of her sensitivity towards underprivileged children.
In her current series titled "Collective Conscience" Deepa goes one step forward. She brings to us not only a series of paintings, sculptures and etchings but is also releasing a coffee table book with the same title "Collective Conscience".
Screening of audio visual _ duration is 5 mts. Through both and Audio visual Deepa is endeavouring to bring out a strong message by depicting the travails undergone by underprivileged children especially orphans and the role society should play to support them.
"Collective Conscience" is an effort to stir our inner conscience to wake up and contribute in whatever way we can to make life a better place for these children.
