Vrusshabha, to be released in theatres on December 25th, has to be seen as a straight Telugu movie, Bunny Vaas today said. Geetha Film Distributors is bringing out the movie in the Telugu States.
"From the King episode onwards, the film moves to another level. The fight sequences and emotional content are very strong," Bunny Vaas shared, talking about the movie's major highlights. Samarjit Lankesh's performance, Nayan Sarika of KA and AAY fame's presence, and, of course, legendary actor Mohanlal's brilliance, were mentioned.
The Christmas release is among many other grand releases and is the grandest one. Mohanlal features as a King in a previous birth. He incarnates as a businessman.
Samarjit Lankesh, one of the leading actors, is elated about making his Telugu debut. His character is part of a solid father-son track. "Our film is releasing through Geetha Arts, and I would like to thank Allu Aravind garu and Bunny Vaas garu," he added.
"When a Malayalam superstar like Mohanlal is acting in the film and a superstar Telugu producer like Allu Aravind is releasing it, the project becomes even more special," actor Ali said, describing Bunny Vaas as a lucky charm for most movies as a distributor.
Nayan Sarika described the movie as a powerful one with an effective climax. The budding Tollywood heroine is surprised to be making her Mollywood debut. "I feel proud to act under banners like Connekkt Media, Balaji Telefilms, and SV Studios. Geetha Arts is my home banner," she added.
Actor Balagam Sanjay said that acting alongside Mohanlal was something he could never forget and that he was very happy Mohanlal had received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. He added that the film was very special to him and that he felt fortunate to be part of such a prestigious project. He also mentioned that his fight sequences with Samarjit would be well recognized and expressed confidence that the grandeur and CG work in the film would definitely impress the audience.
