YFLO stands for Young FICCI Ladies Organization, which is an exclusive women's wing of the prestigious national organization FICCI (Federation Of Indian Chamber Of Commerce and Industry). The goal of our organization is women empowerment at various levels across different strata of society in India. YFLO was formed hence to address the hopes, desires and aspirations of this Young India.

Mr. Nadendla Manohar: Honourable Speaker, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly
Manohar is from the Indian National Congress party. He was elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly from Tenali Constituency in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh in 2004 and again in 2009. He functioned effectively as Panel Speaker from October, 2005 & as Deputy Speaker from June 2009 to June 2011.
He has been serving as Hon'ble Speaker of Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly from June 2011.
Son of former Chief Minister Nadendla Bhaskar Rao, Manohar is an Economics graduate and did his MBA in Marketing. He has been taking an active part in both Public and Legislative Affairs. He had served as the Chairman of the House Committee on Primary School Education Program (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) and also as the Chairman of the Assembly Library committee. He had also served in the Committee on Environment & Forest Protection.
Apart from participating in Commonwealth Parliamentary Meetings, he has attended various Conferences on business and official assignments in several countries. Recently he has lead a Government of Andhra Pradesh - Industry Delegation to State of Washington, USA.
He participated in 5th International Parliamentary Governance on Transparency at Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, UK in Nov, 2010. He was also a National ranked Tennis player.
About Jwala Gutta
Jwala Gutta was born on 7 September 1983. Jwala is undoubtedly one of the finest doubles players India has seen.
Jwala pairs with Ashwini Ponnapa in women's doubles and with Valiyaveetil Diju in the mixed doubles.
Other than being the winner of the Common Wealth Games gold medal, Jwala Gutta also has had good success earlier on the international badminton circuit, such as winning the Bulgaria Open Grand Prix, the Bitzburger Open, the Dutch Open GP in 2008, and reaching the finals of the mixed doubles event in the World Super Series Masters Finals that was held in Malaysia in 2009.
Jwala Gutta has finally been conferred the prestigious Arjuna award in Aug 2011. The Arjuna award is given for excellence in the field of sports. It is next in stature only to the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, which is India's highest sporting honour.
