English Vinglish to break all boundaries of language

There is always a craze for Indian masala movies abroad, be it Bollywood, Tollywood or Kollywood. Films like ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘3 Idiots’, ‘Shivaji’, ‘Enthiran’, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Don 2’, ‘Eega’, ‘Businessman’, ‘Gabbar Singh’, etc., have already proved their stamina at overseas box-office. Now keeping in mind this craze for Indian cinema, the makers of Sridevi’s comeback film ‘English Vinglish’ are planning to release in Germany and Hongkong by dubbing the film in respective languages. The film is scheduled for release this 29th in Hong Kong in Cantonese language while the same will be released in Germany in May. At this juncture Sridevi expressed her happiness over the release of her film in several languages across the world. She said, “I’m very happy to note that ‘English Vinglish’ is being dubbed and released in different languages where people can’t follow English. I hope this film will earn good recognition all over.” According to director Gauri Shinde, this dubbed movie will certainly benefit to break the language barrier and bring the people closer across the world.
