Mahesh Babu & Ram Charan to face box office battle for Dussera

After facing each other during ‘Sankranti’, Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan are now set to strike again for Dussera with their forthcoming releases ‘Aagadu’ and ‘Govindudu Andarivaadele’. Makers of both movies are targeting the Dussera season. ‘Aagadu’ first look trailer will be out by tomorrow on the eve of Superstar Krishna’s birthday. It has also been announced earlier that the audio launch will take place on August 9th marking Mahesh Babu’s birthday. Srinu Vaitla and team is making all efforts to complete the film by September and bring it to theaters as Dussera gift to fans and audience. Same is the case with ‘Govindudu Andarivaadele’ the first look of which was released on Ram Charan’s birthday. Krishna Vamsi too is keen to complete filming as early as possible so that it will be ready for release during Dussera.

In 'Aagadu', Srinu Vaitla is going to show Mahesh Babu as a cop again but with a different characterization. On the other hand, Krishna Vamsi is portraying Ram Charan in a complete different role in GAV which the actor was not seen before.

Remember, during Sankranti, Ram Charan's tailor-made character in 'Yevadu' nabbed the top spot at the box-office and Mahesh Babu with his never seen role before in ‘1’-‘Nenokkadine’ could neither see a critical nor commercial success, although he was especially happy about his son Gautham’s acting debut and that of his role as well. But now it's the other way round. So it’s remained to be seen who among the two would win the battle during Dussera season. Is it Ram Charan again or Mahesh Babu or both....keep guessing!
