Kurra Thoofan winding up last schedule


Upcoming film ‘Kurra Thooffan’ directed by debutant director Dr. Krishna Mohan Gorrepati is about the corporate college students’ life and how the Education Minister resolves their problems.
Interestingly, Shadnagar Ex. MLA Prathap Reddy is acting as Education Minister in this film.

Director Krishna Mohan said “Actually we approached a senior character artist for this role. But, we couldn’t get his dates. So, knowing that Prathap Reddy has some interest in acting, we requested him and he kindly agreed to be part of our film. His performance as Minister is very nice. He is very co-operative in the sets. He never hesitated to learn the things during the shooting. We thank him for his co-operation.”

Prathap Reddy said, “Although, I never acted before in dramas or films, I agreed to act in this film after director and his friends requested me. I observed director Krishna Mohan handled the shooting process with great ease and patience. I wish he earn the name and fame like his mentor SV Krishna Reddy. I am here to extend my full support to this film till it is released.”

RS Nanda played comedian role in this film. He said that the director has created enough space for comedy in this film because he loves it. This is scientific comedy thriller movie. I hope that this film will help me to find my way into Tollywood.

The last schedule of this film shooting begins on March 3 and it would end before last week of this month. Director Krishna Mohan said that they are planning launch the audio in the next month with a top actor. This film is expected to release during May this year.
Brahmanandam, Ali, Rajiv Kanakala, Uttej, RS Nanda, Hari, Veerender, Kavya and few new artists are playing important roles in this movie.
