‘Ananganaga Oka Durga’ that starred Priyanka Naidu in the lead role, directed by Prakash Pulijala, has completed all formalities and is all set for release on October 27. Rambabu Naik has produced the film with Gaddampalli Ravinder Reddy as presenter. On the eve of film’s release, the makers have arranged press meet.

On this occasion, producer Gaddampalli Ravinder Reddy said, “It’s been long time since we have seen films on society. Our film ‘Anaganaga Oka Durga’ will fill the void. Discrimination against girls and women even in the developing world is a devastating reality. We have screened premier shows before announcing the release date. The film has been made with the inspiration of ‘Pratighatana’ and ‘Osey Ramulamma’. We have decided to bring the film to audience on October 27.”

Director Prakash Pulijala said, “The film touches upon the issue of women’s safety. The story of the film is about a lady who fights on violence against women mentally and physically. Small budget films are trending of late. We have already arranged premier shows for cine and political celebrities and everyone who watched the film have appreciated us.”

Producer Rambabu said, “Music plays major role in the film and it has 6 songs. Even though ‘Anaganaga Oka Durga’ is a small budget film, it will be on par with big budget movies. It’s a lady oriented film with a good message. Heroine Priyanka has given wonderful performance.”

“I am very happy that I got the wonderful role which has ample scope to perform in the very starting days of my career. I played Durga who fights on violence against women. I request everyone to encourage us by making ‘Anaganaga Oka Durga’ a big success,” said heroine Priyanka Naidu.

Villain Sanjay Krishna, Jabardasth Avinash, music director Vijay Balaji and lyricist Sriram Tapaswi and some others were present at the press meet.
